Trust & Safety
PSN uses a practical verification process to protect the community while keeping registration simple.
Every support requester and volunteer should confirm their email address before their profile or request is processed.
A PSN moderator may contact the person on WhatsApp to confirm their phone number, city, country and basic details.
For serious public actions, city coordinators, or event organisers, PSN may request reasonable proof that the person lives abroad. Examples include a foreign driving licence, residence permit, utility bill, tenancy agreement, student/work visa, or employer ID.
Users should be allowed to hide sensitive numbers. PSN should avoid storing identity documents. A moderator may view the proof, mark the person as verified, and delete the image.
